Dr. Adrian Codirlașu is a prominent figure in Romania's financial sector, recognized for his extensive expertise gained over 25 years in banking and capital markets. As a CFA charterholder since 2006 and holding a PhD in Economics, he combines deep theoretical knowledge with robust practical experience.

His career includes key roles such as Senior Options Dealer at ING Bank and Risk Director at a top-tier international bank, where he coordinated essential departments like financial, operational, and reputational risk. Previously, he contributed to economic research as a Senior Economist at the National Bank of Romania. His commitment to the professional community is remarkable: he has served as the President of CFA Romania for over 8 years and is a CFA Level III exam grader. His volunteer work has been honored twice with the ""Volunteer of the Year"" award by the CFA Institute.

As a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and holding an Executive MBA, Adriana brings a strategic perspective on corporate governance and financial compliance.

Since 2001, Adriana has coordinated complex audit missions for a diverse portfolio of clients, from medium-sized companies to large corporations. In her role as an Audit Partner, she was responsible for managing a regional office in Romania, demonstrating strong leadership and a deep understanding of the local and international business landscape.

Regulatory Liaison & Policy Involvement

A key differentiator in her career is her active involvement with regulatory authorities. Adriana served as a liaison partner with the Ministry of Finance and the national oversight body, contributing directly to the transposition of EU audit legislation into Romanian law, a process finalized in 2017.

Hârțescu, PhD

Dr. Gabriela Hârțescu is the Dean of Envisia – Boards of Elite. In this capacity, she guides the school's academic vision, supports curriculum development, and fosters research to ensure all programs align with the highest international standards.

Career and Leadership in Financial Education

Before joining Envisia, Gabriela was the CEO of the Romanian Banking Institute (IBR), where she played a pivotal role in the professional training of thousands of banking specialists. Her European experience includes serving on the Board of Directors of the European Banking and Financial Services Training Association (EBTN).

Laura holds a PhD in Management and is a university lecturer, with 20 years of experience in higher education and research. Since 2024, she has held the position of Dean of the Faculty of Management-Marketing at the Romanian-American University in Bucharest.
