Alexandra Gyarmati is Head of Financial, ESG and Diversified Business Risk at Euronext, where she leads second-line risk oversight across a broad portfolio of
business activities. With more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, she has developed extensive expertise in enterprise risk management,
governance, operational resilience, and regulatory risk.​

In her current role, Alexandra partners with business and executive stakeholders to strengthen risk governance, oversee strategic transformation initiatives, and support the effective management of financial, business, and ESG risks. As an instructor at Euronext Academy, she shares real-world insights into second line of defense activities, helping participants understand how these principles are applied in today's evolving market environment.​
