Andreea Bulisache

Andreea Bulisache is a Board Director and AI & Technology Governance strategist advising chairs, directors, and investors on governing intelligence as infrastructure. Her work focuses on how boards steward enterprise value as AI, cybersecurity, regulation, and capital allocation converge into a single accountability system. 

A former Microsoft global leader operating across 30+ markets, she shaped AI, cloud, and cybersecurity strategy, led ecosystem integrations including GitHub and Databricks, and contributed to EU-aligned digital and cyber resilience frameworks. 

She is Founder of Stratified Advisory, where she leads a Board-as-a-Service platform supporting boards and PE-backed companies on governance architecture, decision defensibility, and valuation-linked transformation. She also serves as Strategic Advisor to Cantellus Group. 

Andreea co-authors, The Next AI Imperative: Governing Intelligence at Scale, a board-level framework examining capacity, geopolitics, sustainability, ethics, and capital as a unified governance challenge. She also publishes through her platform Governing Intelligence, focused on board stewardship in the intelligent age. 

She serves as Non-Executive Director at Asociația pentru Valori în Educație and Fort S.A. (BVB: 4RT), Chair of Young & Bold, and Advisory Board Member at Nyenrode Business University. She is a Harvard Women on Boards alumna and holds the CFA Certificate in Private Equity.
