Dr. Victoria Hurth works at the intersection of academia, global standard-setting and advisory for aligning decisions with a future we want through purpose, governance, marketing, leadership and culture. This includes bring co-lead for the first international standard on Governance of Organisations (ISO 37000) and project leaders for Purpose-Driven Organisations (ISO 37011). With over 25 years of experience, she has advised leaders across sectors and geographies, including in roles at 3M and Accenture, and contributed to the UN’s work on sustainability reporting. She is the lead author of Beyond Profit: Purpose-Driven Leadership for a Wellbeing Economy, a recognised leadership roadmap for our times, recommended by the Financial Times as a ‘book to read’. She is also a Fellow at the University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership and leads the development of the international standard for purpose-driven organisations ISO37011.
