Dr. Victoria Hurth

Dr. Victoria Hurth works at the intersect of academia, global standard-setting and advisory. She helps executives aligning organisational decisions with a future we want through purpose, governance, marketing, leadership and culture. This includes being co-lead for the first international standard on Governance of Organisations (ISO 37000) and project leader for the forthcoming Purpose-Driven Organisations (ISO 37011). Victoria's major publication: Beyond Profit: Purpose-Driven Leadership for a Wellbeing Economy, is a recognised leadership roadmap for our times, recommended by the Financial Times. She has spent over 25 years building experience in roles across sectors and geographies, including at 3M, Accenture, and working closely with global executives of well known global brands as Fellow at the University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership. She also contributed to the UN’s work on SDG target 12.6.2 on sustainability reporting.
