Fabio has extensive industry experience working in senior management positions in multinationals in Brazil and in England. Together with his executive career, during the last fourteen years he has been teaching part-time for MBA and Master students in Brazil and in the UK.

He is a certified instructor of Artificial Intelligence in Huawei ICT Academy of Henley Business School, and a learning coach and academic in Henley Business School. He holds a PhD in Management from the University of Reading, a MSc in strategic marketing from the University of Hertfordshire, a MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and a BA degree.

Current research interests include digital transformation, digital marketing, corporate strategy, and corporate governance. Academic papers have been presented at conferences in Italy, France, Belgium, England, Spain, Netherlands, and Canada. He is the author of academic papers and book chapters in the field of corporate governance and research methodology.
