Currently, Juan Diego is the Impact Law & Governance Lead at NATIVA, Italy’s pioneering Benefit Corporation and Certified B Corp. He has advised leadership teams across the US, Europe, and Latin America on aligning governance with measurable social and environmental impact. He is also a board member of the Global Alliance of Impact Lawyers (GAIL).
