Laura holds a PhD in Management and is a university lecturer, with 20 years of experience in higher education and research. Since 2024, she has held the position of Dean of the Faculty of Management-Marketing at the Romanian-American University in Bucharest.

She graduated from the Faculty of Management (2003) and the Faculty of International Economic Relations (2004), and completed her Master's degree in Business Administration (2005) at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. She earned her PhD in Management in 2011 with a doctoral thesis titled "Managerial Reengineering in the European Context."

Her professional journey has been marked by a consistent focus on the development of management education, both from a theoretical and applied perspective. She began her academic career teaching courses and seminars in management, concentrating on creating an interactive learning environment aligned with real market conditions. Over the years, she has supervised hundreds of bachelor's and master's theses, supporting students in building strong foundations for their professional careers.

Her areas of interest and research include: Management, International Comparative Management, Services Management, Strategic Management, Supply and Sales Management, Commercial Management, Ecotechnologies, and Managerial Strategies.
