Career in Equity Research and Corporate Finance

Currently, he is a Senior Analyst in the Corporate Finance Division of BRD-GSG, analyzing companies for capital market and M&A transactions. Previously, he was the Head of the Equity Research Department at BCR for over ten years, where he conducted in-depth analysis and issued investment reports under the Erste Group Research brand.

Education and Credentials

Mihai graduated from the Faculty of Cybernetics, Statistics, and Economic Informatics at ASE Bucharest. He holds an Investment Analyst certification from the Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) and is a member of AAFBR.
