Patrick Dunne is a world-renowned authority on corporate governance, famous for his award-winning book, ""Boards."" In 2023, he was awarded an OBE for his services to charity and philanthropy.
Career and Leadership in Governance
He currently serves as the Chair of the board consultancy Boardelta and the charities The EY Foundation and ESSA. He has extensive experience working with boards across Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America.
Executive and Academic Experience
His executive career spans over 26 years at Air Products and 3i Group plc. Academically, he is a Visiting Professor at Cranfield School of Management and an Associate Fellow at Warwick Business School.
