Nadeem is Lecturer of Governance, Policy and Leadership at Henley Business School, University of Reading. He completed his PhD research at Henley Business School in the field of strategy and strategic behavior of the firm.

He has gained professional experience in the UK and international multinational environments prior to running his own business.
Current research interests include corporate firm strategic behavior; Institutional, corporate and citizen stakeholder relations; governance effects on policy innovation; global governance agendas; public and private board leadership disciplines; board and top team dynamics; ethics and CSR; sustainability at times of crisis and in volatile environments; government-business-third sector responsibilities within society.

Practical consultancy joint research experiences include: Building Trust through Governance – Institute of Chartered Secretaries (I.C.S.A.) U.K.; Discontinuous Board Leadership – Alvarez and Marsal; Executive Team Development – Tate & Lyle. Academic papers have been presented at conferences in UK, Ireland, US, Canada, Switzerland, Morocco, Japan, Sweden and Greece, along with co-authored papers published in journals and chapter contributions to books.
